  • Smoking is strictly prohibited indoor, and is allowed only in outdoor areas!
  • The use of the pool requires showering to rinse off sunscreen products that can damage the electrodes controlling the chemical composition of the water or the marble edges. Small children must strictly be supervised by adult family members. In case of damage to the sensitive mechanisms in the pools due to non-compliance with the above rules, the damage will be charged to the customer/guest. A special usage agreement is to be signed.
  • Special water-absorbent and lightweight towels are provided for our guests for the beach. Pool towels have a special velvety quality. The towels for the pool or beach are green color. The use of white towels for bathing is not allowed in the pool and  the beach.
  • The intensity of the sound systems must follow the quiet hours regulations of Greece! Organizing a party requires a written permit from the owner of the houses and the local authorities. Failure to comply with the rules may result in a fine from the police, which will be borne by the guest.
  • In case you organize a chef for your clients, there are utensils in the outdoor kitchen that can be used exclusively there. Utensils from the indoor induction stoves are prohibited from being used on the outdoor gas stoves! All utensils must be returned clean by the chef, the same applies to the use of American-style BBQ, as well as in the case of using a conventional BBQ. Failure to comply with this rule will result in an additional cleaning charge of 120 euros per use.
  • For each residence/booking, a damage deposit is required, equivalent to 1 night per residence unless the total residences are shared by more than one family. In this case, the amount paid will be equal to one (1) night per family or, in case the total number of guests exceeds 10 people, the deposit is set at 3 nights once. The deposit amount is also paid 1 week before the arrival of the guests along with the check-in documents. The amount is refunded after the departure of the guests and within a maximum of 5 working days. Payment is made by credit card.
  • The total number of guests staying in the villas cannot exceed the number of initially declared guests.
  • For every reservation, a PRE CHECK-IN is required with a special form 1 week before arrival latest, with full details of the guests’ names and their travel documents.
