The villas are located a breath away from the unique beach «Chrysi Akti» (Golden Beach), with its crystal -clear waters of the Aegean sea and the bright light of the blue Parian sky.
This compound of 2 beautiful private villas are truly unique on the island. Our villas epitomise island luxury and home comforts. With a total of 8 bedrooms across the 2 dependently rentable villas, each villa is designed to pay homage to Paros’s wild nature with infinity pools surrounded by large outdoor spaces and beautiful Mediterranean gardens.

Architecture and design
A new destination
The Nuovo follows the natural course of Paros traditional architecture, with all rooms harmoniously embedded in the surrounding evergreen landscape. The materials, styles and textures that have been found on the island for centuries are skilfully integrated into the modern concept. The colour palette of the rooms and foyer is inspired by the world-famous murals of the rocky Kolympythres excavations, creating a link between the history of the island and the architecture of the villas.
